FreeXCraft provides server hosting for legitimate Minecraft community purposes only. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Running malicious scripts, crypto-miners, or DDoS-related tools.
• Storing illegal content or copyright-infringing material.
• Attempting to bypass resource limits or renewal mechanisms.
• Abusing the "Smart Wake" system or automated hibernation logic.

While we provide 99.9% uptime for our premium nodes and robust enterprise hardware, we are not liable for:

• Accidental data loss or corrupted player files (we recommend daily manual backups).
• Downtime caused by upstream provider failures or scheduled maintenance.
• Third-party plugin or mod compatibility issues.

To maintain free services for everyone, active server management is required:

• Free servers must be manually renewed via the control panel within their allotted time frame.
• Unrenewed servers will be automatically deleted after 48 hours of inactivity.
• "Ultra Free" users must strictly follow the 4-hour renewal cycle.
